Manchester Film Weekender 2017

The inaugural Manchester Film Weekender was held on the weekend of March 17-19 2017, at the Chancellors Hotel and Conference Centre in Manchester. A selection of eight full length films were shown from Friday evening through Saturday and Sunday, introduced by film expert Maggie Hoffgen.

The theme for 2017 was German cinema, tracing the work of émigré film makers who left Germany pre-WW2 and made second careers in Hollywood. View the complete programme.
