A girl unwittingly befriends one of the most heinous war criminals of all time
Having adopted a new identity, Nazi war criminal Joseph Mengele is on the run for his crimes in Auschwitz. He finds refuge in Patagonia as a travelling doctor. He moves in with a local Argentinian family, and befriends their daughter Lilith, a lonely 12-year-old who has no idea he is 'The Angel of Death'.
