We are delighted to have Dr Fraser Elliott introducing the films and leading discussion sessions at the 2018 Film Weekender.

Fraser Elliott has a PhD in Chinese cinema from the University of Manchester and currently teaches at the University of Salford.
He works on the Film team at HOME, Manchester, where he has recently delivered a course on Contemporary Hong Kong Cinema.

As a member of the Chinese Film Forum UK (www.cffuk.org), he has assisted in the programming of numerous Chinese film seasons at venues across the UK.
